You're welcome. Yeah I totally agree it's too much stress trying to defend what I do to people that don't really understand. There may be other detox programs that are good too, but you're right a week or less isn't going to do much. It takes a couple weeks for the body to adapt to the fasting process and start cleansing on the cellular level. There's really no shortcuts like those "better" detox programs claim. Lol.
