Yes, indeed, and I have read all the arguments for and against. In fact, we have chickens that should be giving us eggs any time now! It's just difficult to get past the "raw eggs will make you sick" mantra that I've heard most of my life. I thought perhaps there was a second-best substitute I could do instead. Yeah, I'm a big CHICKEN!!! LOL
