Thank you for your good thoughts and wishes, I feel will need them through the next few weeks, maybe months.

What I hope most is that I can come out saying "yes, this helped me out of the pit"
and that I can have dinner with friends without falling in again. (re: your post about the pit?)

Then, to say that there is indeeed another available lifeline.
