i'm feeling a little better today thanks, although i've got a bit of a sore throat now......btw what's bsm? i forgot already lol! i'm glad to hear you're still holding out, it's tough but if we try our best we can all do it........no-one else is gonna lose this weight for us, except us :)
i have a digital scale and they're so much better, you don't need to buy an expensive one, mine was only fairly cheap :)
