Thanks for your encouragements San.After doing all these things I sometimes feel quite downhearted that I'm not able to beat this monster naturally.But Hey,I feel great and would out-do a twenty-five year old anyday!So once my arteries are not clogged up(with clean living and iodine)I'll just ignore the scare tatics.But the biggest prob is to convince my family who are scared for me!

So what helped your tummy most to lose the bloatedness?Good for you and enjoy wearing all the fashionable and sexy stuff!!!
