Hey Hanna,

Good to see you're iodining now,how's that going for you?You know I've been following you eversince I discovered CZ,you're a good teacher Hanna and very helpful too.Thanks for the tips and like you I dumped the statins...the only meds I was on but the scare tatics get to me sometimes.I'm planning to add niacin too but I asked the dr and he said it damages the liver,I said and so does the statin.I did read that DRS should not put women on statins if they're over fifty or sixty(not sure)that it does more harm than good.I will read those links,by the way how does one send a link?I'm not too computer savvy with those things!
