Dr. Sinatra, a well respected heart doc said that cholesterol and heart disease have NO CONNECTION AT ALL! I believe it too. I think the cholesterol 'numbers' and labeling them 'bad' or 'good' is total hype to make money. I don't believe it's 'inherited' either. They play up in "inherited genes" thing too. MO MONEY HONEY! Fear is a GREAT MOTIVATOR!!!

I always say even IF genes loaded the gun, your lifestyle pulls the trigger!
