Anti depressants are known for many bad side effects. Many people people become violent and they can have the opposite effect which will make you suicidal. You really need to slowly stop taking these, and slow down with everything else. I know you want relief but detoxing too fast will make you sicker for a while and may be more than you can handle. Lots of vitamin c would help to boost your immune system, keep oil pulling, lots of rest and ween yourself off of the anti depressants.
