While taking the iodine, are you taking the salt load as well (1/4 - 1/2 tsp. celtic Sea Salt in 1/2 cup of warm water, followed by 16oz. of warm water) as well as vit. c , selenium & magnisuim???
These help flush out the toxins that the Iodine have set loose in the body....
