i had pretty much gotten my health back to something i could live with when Iodine reappeared in my life. V mentioned removing fluoride from tissues and that was all it took.

began taking atomidine which i already had. got Lugols and began with a few drops and went up to over 300mgs(50+ drops) within a couple of weeks. then i took a break for a day or two and resumed at 100-200mg a day for the last four months.

i had a few headaches but nothing debilitating. it took three months before i started seeing the deep tissue results. got the mental clarity and calm at first. recently getting the brown pee, bromide zits, and losing weight.

my next step will be to ramp it up again and see what comes out. thats about a month away.

also, i started doing iodoral a month or so ago, basically replacing some of the drops with pills. i take the iodoral at night with my tablespoon of olive oil before bed and use the drops during the day, usually just in water.

quit a 35 year coffee habit about a month ago cold turkey with no looking back and no withdrawal at all. it was easy.
