I'd love to follow you around for a week. It never fails to amaze me how you push the envelope, but everything you do makes you better and better.

I am banking on the liver health. I feel like I have a long way to go until I have that organ in good hand. I just ordered the SAWilson coffee stuff....complete with bucket...yikes. I've never done one of these things. I did a colonic, but not one of these. I guess I never could see how to remove oneself from the floor and get to the commode, but I guess the sphincter muscles take care of that for you? I was afeared of gravity I guess!!

Well, another thing to add to the arsenal.
