batty is the reference guru. i just have a good memory and know what i have experienced. i had a lot of hard fat, most of it subcutaneous. i had fasted and been on raw diets and no change. this went on for years. now that the Iodine is kicking out bromides in this hard fat(thats what bromides do, it turns out), my skin is looser, the fat is breaking up, and i have lost 15 pounds in the last couple of months. i do not exercise and my diet has been less restrictive because i have been checking out the condition of my digestive system and seeing what Iodine will counter/help handle.
