I started taking Lugol's on March 1 and did a 9 day Master Cleanse in April. I was up to 10 drops at that time and only took the Iodine the first 3 days of the cleanse. About 3 days after quitting the cleanse I ended up with a sty and and a very itchy rash on both arms from wrist to above my elbows. I did a salt flush which took care of the rash. I felt that both were some kind of detox. Good luck and hope you feel better soon.
