I REALLY think the natural way is the best way. Your suggestion is very akin to the diet which remains the MOST IMPORTANT aspect of how to heal candida.

At first people with severe case of candida and leaky gut cannot even tolerate probiotics. It s all a matter of how severe your case is and what are your specific needs. The most important is to follow the diet and to listen to your body (to find out what your personal food allergies are).

Did you consider veggy juicing?
