Thanks for your response. I've suffered with mild PCOS for years and have prayed for years for a solution. So glad I found this website. Appreciate your comments. What a delicious diet! I have given up Sugar and most carbs in recent months and surprisingly don't miss it (much) and have found modest improvement--nothing dramatic in my PCOS symptoms (facial hair primarily) but have not tried giving up things like mushrooms and vinegar and canned things. I'm going to try this. Sounds very doable and livable.
