I have to admit feeling a bit strange posting that message - as I am one who hangs on to his last illusions of youth skin and nail - from staying in shape and supplements to Just for Men Hair color and skin creme.

I don't think you are one of the ones the author had in mind, and neither am I. But after I read it all the way through, I thought that it might have benefit for some people.

As long as you like yourself and your look, then you are doing fine. Thanks for the compliments. Me a hero? gulp!
