If U like to injest PICKLING LIME, go ahead and do so. I am not saying ML is selling something. But his approach is WRONG IMHO. All the extra "INORGANIC CALCIUM" eventually deposits in the body in wrong places giving way to myriad of health problems. Of course Ca is alkalising, but still not good for health.

TED, is also not selling anything. He is suggesting the use of Baking Soda, which can be cheaply obtained from grocery store. I find his approach LOT more complete.

I have made my choice whose approach I like better, Because I am against supplementing with inorganic forms of Calcium. I think thats the flaw in ML's approach.
