ABL, I'll stick to some facts. I have been using 100-200 mg of Iodoral per day since March, with the occasional break. The following are the results not in any order;

Hair color has darkened
Addtional Hair growth in bald areas
4-5% decrease in Body fat from 15% to 11%
Increase clarity of focus
Increased energy
Fasting Blood Sugar dropped from a 60 day avg of 104 to 76 the last 60 days
BP 150/88 to 116/78 avg 30 days
Vision has improved-no longer pick up the reading glasses for fine print.
Enhanced mood, and serenity
