I never thought of it that way. But you're right, all of the symptoms are there. Serious restrictions, feeling guilty if you go off of your diet, and the cravings....it's especially sad because it just doesn't seem to work, at least for me. Although I do feel so much better being off of refined sugar. I still wouldn't recommend that for anyone.
