I have finished the 3 day cleanse and and fasted today. Tonight I feel something in my upper gi area. It's kind of like a feeling that I might get a little nauseated, or that a good "burp" might help. It's not bad, just a bit unsettling. I was out in the heat some today, but I drank a lot of water. Maybe that has something to do with it.
