I use it once a year. This was before I though I might have leaky gut (at least I think I do). The reason I like this, is because fiber works well in the large intestine and enemas do not reach as high as the small intestine. Fortunately, it does not affect me as it does hopinso. It is made by Standard Process; which in my opinion is a first class company.
