How is the okra pepsin product?

I used it, but did not get the results I had hoped for. That is another reason for me to believe that leaky gut may be the issue more than just a mucus clogged system. A couple of weeks ago I did the three day Dr. Christopher mucus cleanse. This was my third time and the most effective so far. Why don't you try this and see if it helps. Enzymes used both for digestion and between meals to help reduce inflammation are a good idea. My doctor recommended Nattokinase. I also used Serrapeptase.

I think you will find Lugol's solution very helpful in healing the gut.

I could not handle the Dr. Schulze bowel cleanse, it caused terrible pain. I am doing the Colon Tone magnesium cleanse first then will follow up with some probiotics to make sure the good flora is there.
