i've read negative stuff like you've mentioned, Iodine will damage the thyroid, Iodine is good but dont take too much for too long, etc. it is worrying to read this, im not totally sure what to believe, i more believe that its unfounded than founded, but i guess if any of it is true we'll hear about it first hand from the people here, and thats what i'll look out for.
