Hi Popoe,

Sorry, I should have perhaps made my post clearer.

Day 9 of my 40 day water fast. I discovered fasting because of my yoga practice and thus my fasting was first associated with yoga.

Of course, since, I've found that it's a tradition in many cultures and beliefs.
