I have done that too. You work you self up to 21 (?) drops and then you go back down.
Did not do anything for me, that I could notice, I almost felt less well.
I might have found this info on the cancertutor website.

I also tried 1 Oxypowder capsule between meals for oxygen, info also from this same website.

Since there are different views on H202 and ozone, I switched instead to ozone (there is a forum here).
