I have often told my mom in the past year that I now have an eating disorder because I no longer know how to eat like a normal human being. Candida caused me to fear food, carbs, natural sugar, and it ALMOST destroyed me. But I am slowly starting to learn how to balance my diet again. I overeat a lot though because I have been literally STARVING for two years and I have been going a tad bonkers trying all sorts of foods. I just can't help it! I missed eating SOOOO much!
