i know what you mean about ups and downs and jinxing a "gain". there is an ebb and flow to this journey. i learned a long time ago not to be disappointed when spikes in well-being subsided. i learned to look back and say, "did i gain overall from before the spike?" the answer has always been yes for me, for which i am grateful to god and all who have helped.

your post has great value for those who have not quite found what they are looking for. you are a guiding light to those who seek good health.
