As far as I know the detox symptoms of consuming Iodine can include the frontal lobe headaches, rashes, aches and pains in joints, etc. But that doesn't mean you'll get them. All I have gotten was an itchy rash on one arm and salt loading took care of that. I started with one drop in water on May 21st and now I just started 10 drops a day today! I take 5 in my more veggie juice and 5 in water at night. I believe you can consume it in anything and it doesn't have to be vinegar!
