I hope I can find a way to express myself, I am so excited.

Thursday I got a breakthrough, I felt different, more peaceful, my tremors were less and I had more energy plus needed less sleep. I did not dare to post I was afraid I would jinx it, besides you often go through up and downs with the symptoms.
But in honor of the new forum I thought this would be a good time to bring some positive news.

My backgroound: more than 4 years on CZ, done a lot of cleanses, have tried out a lot of different protocols, improved lifestyle.

Headtremors, I assume from more than 15 years on Depression etc prescription drugs (40 years pep pills). So main problems are mental.
Followed supplement suggestions for this from White Tiger, Finallyfaith and Vulcanel.

Iodine started for 1 week slow, kind of, went up quickly to 8 drops. So mainly have been doing between 80-120 mg. About 3 weeks ago changed to half and half Lugol and Iodoral.

Detox symptoms minimal, I had started off with a clean body and was already taking Vit C and brazil nuts.

Last week I started Niacin and it feels that has helped. For 2+ weeks I also have been doing ozone ear insufflation.

I often do different supplements for certain problems I might have.
