I have got to tell you guys that this fomentation worked for me last night. I had a huge migrane that was in my head, jaw and neck. I had just started painting with Iodine and also did a lot of rife frequencies to kill viruses and lyme. That can cause a lot of die off.

I did a search in this forum on headaches and came to your post. The fomentation didn't look like it would do much, but it did. On about my 5th round of hot/cold, I stretched my neck and it cracked on it's own. I felt significantly better after that, and actually was able to sleep. Normally with a headache like that it would gone on through the night and possibly for days.

While I don't feel perfect today, The headache & jaw/neck pain is radically better. Thanks so much for posting this technique!
