Thanks everyone for the help and support.

I have had trouble getting on the internet and i finally got on, after a rough weekend and a bad start to the week.

My head is more all over the place now, i recieved another hair analysis test and this one has much different results.

Iodine deficient(i could believe this as im always cold and it would go hand in hand with my symptoms)time to start the lugols,selenium,buffered c again and stick to it.

Im low on molybdenum and could do with more iron. Also low or near deficient on geranium.

Toxic metals look ok on this report as far as mercury is concerend but aluminium is rather high so will look into the Far Infrared Sauna .

Mentally im still a wreck and i still cant see any path.
