I have been on the alkalising band wagon also, and this may not change my mind but it has given me food for thought. I think this guy may be looking at the subject too narrowly but some of what he says makes sense. I'll post it a couple of other places but separately no by double posting which seems to lead to problems. To me there is no boubt that the electric potential of our bodies to use certain foods to "spark" our engines is a reality and that most definitely depends on what you are eating. Anyway, opinions with reasoning would be appreciated
