If anyone misses out on medical treatment they seriously need it is their own stupid fault. If I had cancer I am not just going to sit at home and oil pull. I have suffered with migraine headaches for over 30 years. Since starting oil pulling back in February I have had only one serious migraine - a miracle in itself. I have still had bad headaches but even those have lessened since starting and I have been able to relieve headache pain, if not totally stop it by oil pulling.

In fairness, OP is not the only therapy that I am trying right now. It was the first thing I tried since finding CZ. OP may not be the sole reason that my headaches have improved, but it has certainly contributed.

I think it was Trapper who said that OP makes all other protocols work better. I believe that to be true.

And yes my teeth look awesome!
