I'm 41 and believe I was beginning perimenopause. Hot flashes, night sweats extreme PMS. Things have normalized in the last few months and all symptoms have gone. My period is a clockwork 31 day cycle and has lightened considerably the last 2 months. Fasting helps alot with some of these symptoms but eventually they would return.
