I started in February with Kelp then switched to High on Water's recommended Detoxified Iodine, then Lugol's and am finally up to 50 mg's of iodoral in the last 3 weeks.

I noticed the changes in my breasts when I started on the Detoxified Iodine. I still paint with Lugol's or the detoxified Iodine daily, a different place every day.

I have actually lost weight, especially under my chin and my face. I don't get on the scales, but my clothes are much looser and my Husband has remarked on this change. I have not changed my eating habits at all.

We had a family reunion this week and everyone remarked on how much thinner my face looked. The last time they had seen me was in March at a Birthday Party.
