Hi - I am 43 and was experiencing 2-3 week long periods, since iodine, my periods are similiar to periods from my 20's. 3-4 days and a 28-30 day cycle.

My FBD is 100% better. I had very painful breasts since my early thirties and there is no pain now, I have lost one cup size and the denseness is gone. They feel like jelly now:) and yes, I am like Wombat I feel them all the time, because its FUN now!
