you know, since I began supplementation I've only paused a couple of times, 3 days was the longest pause. & I've elevated my dose slowly during that time. I'm in full-on bromide detox right now(colored pee daily, smooth though, no other symptoms) 100mg. per day. Maybe I should give it a rest for a week or two & see what happens...? I'm thinking that this bromide detox is gonna take a while anyway, hell, I'll be on high doses for a LONG time to cure the FBD ....? hmmmm ...
