Great Post and the link was very informative. I feel lucky that my parents raised us as vegetarians. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables with rice and dal gives me protien as well. I do consume milk. I tried soy milk and got goiters.

My question is that every time I have been out where there are mosquitoes, they only bite me and not others as much, they really attack me. I also learned that people who drank bear when they were outside the mosquitoes did not bite them. This is my personal experience.

I am glad to hear about Iodine and candida. I have to push my son to do iodine. The kid does not eat any natural produce.
