i am sorry to hear you are going thru a similar experience as me. i kid you not, i was sensitive to absolutely everything two month's ago! food, chemicals, EMF's, heat, cold, etc. etc. etc. it was awful and i had been going thru it for almost two years and was losing hope that i could ever recover. i just could not figure out how to get better even though i had tried candida treatment and numerous other cleanses a while back (p & b shakes for 6 months).

i have done a lot of cleansing and other things in the past two months (juice fasting and schulze's bowel cleansing formulas and two liver flushes) but Iodine has played a HUGE role in healing digestion for me and it started happening within just a few weeks. and the addition of whole grains back into my diet has been really helpful in keeping things moving through the bowels. people will never overcome a sluggish/bacteria filled bowel without eating a balanced diet of fresh fruits, veggies, and grains, and i am living proof of that! i rarely went to the bathroom and it is SOOOO important in healing. the longer you have food sitting around and rotting in your body, the more toxic you feel and will become.

if i could recommend the TOP two things for you to heal, it would be juice fasting and iodine. i cannot believe i went from eating practically nothing for two years to eating a completely balanced diet again in two months. just one bite of an offending food would send me into a tailspin. symptoms included really bad pain/muscle aches, headaches, pounding pulse, internal earthquake/shaking feeling, sometimes bloody dry nose, fatigue...i could go on and on.

if you need any advice let me know. i hope you are doing better now!!
