I read that thread but wasn't clear whether you'd used it straight up or mixed it in. I've used the Salvage du Wombarama also, but mostly on the outer areas.

It's deep. Real deep. Goes from one side to the other and completely includes the ET. I'd like to reach the nasopharynx somehow.
