under Preparations, in the table it states:

Fresh pink grapefruit  |  1 large or 2 small, enough to squeeze 2/3 cup juice. | Hot wash twice first and dry each time.

so for the "turbo flush" i used the same amount as the night before -  3/4 cup of gfj and 1/2 cup of olive oil.
