I'd like to add that I was irregular for nearly 2 years,but after two weeks of eating really clean and high fiber I have reversed the condition extraordinarily fast.I had assumed that I had done irreversable damage but from the results I have been having,it wasn't so.I feel a million times better and really suprised that my colon is still pretty much intact and works just fine.And all it took was a little fiber.Though Oxypowder is great for the intial 1-2 week cleanse,I wouldn't reccomend doing it for long periods of time.
