Don't worry about the yam thing. I only mentioned it because someone might see yam cream and think it's the same thing. If you are interested in this you can probably Google something about progesterone and yam cream....

If you have a problem that shows hormone imbalance, I recommend that you work on helping your thyroid with natural things as well. We need to deal with the whole cause, not just the symtoms.

Our body is so inter-connected we have to improve everything in order to help one thing. In my opinion this is an area where modern medicine fails us... many doctors try to fix the symptoms and don't deal with the cause .
