Putting Lugols into liquified coconut oil and slathering it all over your bod then going into the Sun is XTC!! Best sunscreen available, and the absorbed Iodine (alongside the anti-bacterial/fungal/parasitical coconut oil) gives the skin a radiant 'good health' glow. I've been using it on the boat this past week, and what used to take me 2 months to get a light tan, took 1 WEEK!
