thank you very much kathryn101.. i went shopping yesterday to give everything a shot.. i bought the yougart,apples,prunes,peaches,15grain bread,spinach and salad, and almonds..
Now is this stuff the only things i should eat for 2 weeks... and is this trial only to get my bowels back on track or if it works do you think ill have to eat like this forever.
