Another recipe I use with Raw Ginger is this:


Cashew Butter

Organic crackers, or Kamut Rice cakes

Slices of Raw Ginger Root

Raw Agave Nectar, Honey, Raw Maple syrup or Molasses

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Spread the Cashew butter all over your favorite rice cakes or Organic grain crackers.

Cut up slices of Raw Ginger Root and spread on top.

Drizzle with your favorite natural sweetner -- (I love Agave Nectar the best)


Tastes crunchy, creamy, nutty , spicy and sweet-- My favorite mid-morning snack at work, which makes my co-workers wonder what the heck I'm eating..lol!
