76, the first thing that came to my mind was bacteria imbalance. 2 things you could try to recolonize would be fruit diet to see if that fixes it or a really good probiotic. I've only seen one that I would recommend, In-Liven, it has 13 friendly bacteria where most others have 1 or 2, maybe 5 or 7, and it's organic.
