so let me see: the original suggested mixture suggested and i used was: the oil portion 1/2 cup Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil and 3/4 cup of grj. this time for the alternate schedule: i/4 cup of each. sounds about right

and then the Epsom Salt mixture formula would be: mix 1 tbs. in 3/4 (three fourth) cup water (or gfj).
