Who is telling to have sex.   Castration will take care of any chance of reproducing, my recommendation in your particular case.  Jerk off if you are so damn horny.  There are rug'n'tug places if you are too lazy to do it for yourself.  As a defective person your chances of producing defective children greatly increases.  A nice self improvement program will also help your present and future children.  If we are all lucky there will never be any more children for you to poison with your self hate.
