no. I think that we also have to eat a clean, nutritious diet, a LOT of raw foods/juicing, NO processed foods whatsoever....

Iodine is NOT the proverbial "magic bullet". Iodine will do it's BEST work on a clean body, IMO.

And also...words from the wise(that would be...mi Trappetino:)...Don't put anything on your skin that you wouldn't eat! EVERYTHING we put on our skin, we absorb....
